Colombia Pink Bourbon

A creamy body with a pop of pink lemonade-esque flavor and acidity. We selected this as our first single-origin offering because we think it embodies what we hope Bichota becomes. 

We think this coffee will be excellent in slow brew methods like drip, pour over, french press, and many others. While this amorcita is hot (and taste amazing hot), perhaps its best sips are when it cools down which makes it also excellent as a cold brew. In most methods, we recommend a 1:16 coffee to water ratio.
