Allow us to present our Honduras Finca Deborah Parainema. This coffee is for the homemade breakfast lovers. It reminds of us of the simplicity of being around the table with those we love, but also gently invites into the complexities of today. Produced by Cecilia Quan, a third-generation coffee producer in her family and started working in specialty coffee in 2013. One of Cecilia’s focuses is to reforest areas that were previously affected by human activity.
We find notes of marmalade and black tea. The vibe is catracha because it connects to the land and people of Honduras.
How to enjoy it best? We think it's muy rico in any style you want to play with it in. In our shop we'll be featuring on espresso and pour over, but have fun in the way you like it. Our only demand is that you drink it and share with friends around the breakfast table.
